ILYSM is a mindset shift method-taking you from tolerating yourself to intuitively loving yourself.

What usually means “i love you so much”, ILYSM has transformed into the Intuitively Love Yourself Mentality.

I created ILYSM for people like you — self-aware, strong, and craving something deeper. I blend astrology and coaching to help you return to yourself, gently and powerfully.

This is a signature experience for anyone who’s ever asked themselves: “ok...now what?”.

All you need to start is:

  1. Birthday

  2. Birth Time (as close and accurate as possible)

  3. Birth Place (City, State or City, Country)

How it Works (Step-By- Step)

What Happens After You Sign Up

Once you click Submit Application, you’ll receive an email within 48 hours that includes:

  • How to complete your payment

  • How to schedule your Birth Chart Reading

  • Your official ILYSM Intake Form

The intake form has two parts:

  1. Personal background — standard background and lifestyle questions

  2. Astrological survey — reflective questions about your life, preferences, and how you’d like to be coached

After your paperwork is submitted, you’ll be able to schedule your Birth Chart Reading, which officially kicks off the program.

Note: I do not review your astrological survey until after your initial birth chart reading. This helps us begin from a clean, present-centered space without assumptions or projections.

After your final “Now What” session (Session 3), you'll retake the astrological survey to reflect on:

  • What’s shifted

  • What’s remained true

  • Where you've deepened your clarity or confidence

This moment of comparison is powerful, and it shows just how far you've come.

How long is the full ILYSM experience?
Approximately 3–4 months, depending on your pace. Sessions are spaced out to allow for integration and reflection.

What if I’ve already had a birth chart reading with you?
Great! You can start with your Personal Astrology Q&A or a fresh follow-up reading to re-ground us before we continue with ILYSM.

Is this a coaching program or an astrology reading?
Both. ILYSM blends intuitive life coaching and astrology together, with mindset work and integration between each session.

Do I need to know anything about astrology?
Not at all. I’ll guide you every step of the way, and everything is tailored to where you are on your self-awareness journey.

Is this therapy?
ILYSM is not a substitute for therapy. It’s a healing-forward coaching experience designed for personal growth, spiritual grounding, and emotional integration. In therapy, the therapist is the expert. In Life Coaching, the client is the expert on their lives.
